1. Adult content

This site contains explicit content intended exclusively for adults. By accessing it, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and that viewing this content is legal where you are.

2. Content ownership

All content on this site — videos, photos, texts, magazines — is protected by copyright and belongs to om43byONLYMATT. A purchase grants you a personal viewing right; it transfers no ownership.

3. Access license

Purchased access is personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive. Downloading (outside features the site offers), copying, recording, capturing, redistributing, reselling, or republishing the content, in whole or in part, is prohibited. Sharing license keys or access links is prohibited and may result in revocation without refund.

4. How access works — read this

Unlocking relies on a signed cookie tied to the browser and device where the purchase or activation happened, valid for 30 days (Payhip all-access has its own duration: 1 hour). In practice: if you switch devices or browsers, or clear your cookies, use your Payhip license key on the Redeem page to reactivate access. Keep your purchase email.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Payhip, Square, or NOWPayments, depending on the option you choose. Displayed prices govern at the time of purchase. Digital content is delivered immediately; sales are therefore final by default. If you have an access problem, write to us: we fix access first. A refund may be assessed case by case, through the original payment method where technically possible — cryptocurrency payments are irreversible by nature.

6. Conduct

Any attempt to bypass payment, forge access tokens, scrape content, or disrupt the service results in immediate revocation of access and, where applicable, legal recourse.

7. Availability

The service is provided "as is." The catalog may change; content may be removed. We aim for continuous availability without guaranteeing it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of Québec courts.
